Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits misuse of our infrastructure.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the requirements and restrictions for using Mindburn Labs' services, including the HELM execution kernel and TITAN infrastructure.

- Attempt to bypass HELM policy enforcement or subvert cryptographic receipts.
- Execute adversarial attacks against the Guardian policy engine.

2. Deterministic Integrity
You must not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security measures, cryptographic controls, or integrity mechanisms in our systems.

4. Enforcement
Mindburn Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. We may take enforcement action at our discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDBURN LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MINDBURN LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
